Tesla Vehicle Issues and Complaints

Non-Members of TOCA should refer inquiries about Tesla vehicle issues or Supercharging comments to Tesla Australia directly as the Club does not have the capacity to represent non-members.  TOCA is not a secondary complaints line for Tesla and will only raise Member issues if deemed significant.

 

TOCA Members: Please contact your relevant State Representative directly via email (see the "About" page for email addresses) and not via the below form.

 

 

Adapter Loan Program

For public inquiries (non-member): please refer to the general information about TOCA's Adapter Loan Program located under the "About" menu. 

 

TOCA Members: please access the Adapter Loan Program by logging into the website using your TOCA credentials and submitting a request for an item using the online form under "Members Area".
