NSW - Winery Visit
Come and join us for the NSW Winery Visit event! Each state will be holding their own winery visit at the same time.
Our event will be taking place at Hollydene Estate, which, as you may know, has an on-site supercharger!
We will be having a 2-course set menu at a cost of $55 per head (non-members) or $45 per head (members), with drinks avaliable to purchase at the bar.
The set menu will be:
Entree (shared down the centre of the table):
Mediterranean Mezze board | Marinated feta | mixed olives | confit trussed tomato | mushroom | pickled veg | tzatziki | hummus | baba ghanoush | chargrilled bread | crispy pitta bread (v)
Antipasto Board | salami | prosciutto | double smoked ham | marinated olives | trussed tomatoes | roasted capsicum | double brie | pecorino | grissini | grilled baguette
Mains (alternate serve, except for dietary requirement requests):
Slow roasted beef cheeks | garlic mash | gremolata | honey roasted dutch carrots | red wine jus
Herb Marscapone stuffed chicken breast | parmesan polenta | green beans | muscat jus
Children 12 & under will have access to the following kids menu ($15pp for non-members & $12pp for members):
- Crumbed fish & chips
- Chicken schnitzel
- Mezze grazing plate
- Hunter Belle cheese plate
- Bowl of chips
Wine tasting will be available on the day in groups of 5 persons at a time.
