Set in the heart of the Wheatbelt, Dowerin lies 156km north east of Perth. It is a typical quiet wheatbelt town which services the surrounding wheat and sheep farmers.
Lets support the local businesses and book in for lunch at the historic Commercial Hotel, and then visit the local museum and see what life was like in the wheatbelt in the 1920s. There is also the Bakery which no doubt will have tasty offerings.
Plan is to display the cars and Biofil demonstration on the show parking area South side of the Show grounds and have a few electric bbqs doing a veg sausage sizzle powered by Biofil while it is charging cars, for any of the locals that come to look at the cars and charger. In particular there is a local Dowerin resident that owns the Cocklebiddy Roadhouse, we would like to demonstrate the Biofil unit to, in an attempt to increase engagement with our Nullabor plans.
We would like to get as many cars as possible to impress the locals. We would like to give as many locals a ride in a Tesla.
