MT BARKER - WINDFARM TOUR
Join us for a windfarm tour and a weekend away in beautiful South West. We drive individually Thursday 18th to stay in MT Barker or nearby making own arrangements.
We will assemble at 10.00 am at the Mt Barker Memorial Hall car park, then drive in convoy to the wind farm approx 10km. Andrew Woodroffe of Sky Farming will be our host for the tour.
We will access the private sheep property being sure to close gates. Photo opportunities near the switch room and close up to a turbine tower. We can plug a Tesla into 240V outlet for photos. We can also have a sausage sizzle on electric bbq.
*Note - there is no charge for this event however you will need to pay your own expenses along the way.
