QLD - ICC Charity Regularity Challenge hosted by BMQ Club Queensland

TOCA are once again joining the BMW Club and the ICC for the Regularity Challenge at Lakeside.

As usual it will be a double event day.  With the main event being the Regularity Challenge, it's time to put your 4-car team together and enter.  This is a great social and lighthearted day where just by participating you can help some of those in our local communities that are not doing so well. 

The event is Regularity style, meaning it's ideal for the experienced track driver as well as the less experienced enthusiast. Regularity is about driving consistently to your nominated lap time, after a practice session, scoring points for the lap times you are away from that nominated time. The person and team with the lowest accumulated score for the day will be announced as the winners.

If you are not confident enough to participate in the Hyper BMW PowerSport Regularity, then the Happy Laps in the morning are just the thing for you.  For just $40 you will receive a hearty cooked breakfast and half an hour of cruise at higher speeds than you can do on the road on the iconic Lakeside circuit.  In previous events some have used the Happy Laps as a familiarise and sighting for the Regularity after.  Road registered cars are only allowed for Happy Laps.  After the Happy Laps, stay on, cheer for your fellow club mates, and enjoy the spectacle of such a variety of cars.

You can also support the event and the designated charities of Pay a Sack Forward, (they supply food parcels and personal effects to the homeless), and Emerge, an organisation that runs a cafe in Toowoomba for underprivileged youth, by buying Raffle Tickets or donating.  We have some wonderful raffle prizes including a BMW for a weekend, weekends away, restaurant vouchers, car servicing vouchers and much more.  100% of all monies received from donations and raffle tickets will go directly to the charities.  Online donations receive a Tax invoice and are Tax deductible.  Why not donate or sponsor a team from your club, through your business.
