TOCA AGM 2023

THIS REGISTRATION IS TO REGISTER YOUR INTENT TO ATTEND THE AGM IN ORDER TO MANAGE VOTING RIGHTS AND ACCESS.

Only registered members of the club will be able to attend the AGM and each member will need to register to attend (ie if you and your partner wish to attend you need to register separately). 

Details of physical venues are being finalised and will be confirmed shortly.  Even if you have registered to attend a physical location, you must also register here in order to be able to vote at the AGM.

Members will also be able to participate in the meeting remotely by video link.  The details to join remotely will be sent to all members who have registered to attend by the cut off time.
