NAT - Port Macquarie - AGM Live / In Person Event

The AGM will be led from our Port Macquarie venue at Rydges hotel with those that can’t make the trip, joining via video conference from our satellite venue in the ACT or directly through their personal online connection.

IMPORTANT- However you wish to join the AGM event it is vital that every member registers separately here https://www.teslaowners.org.au/index.cfm?module=event&pagemode=indiv&page_id=1900676.  

That registration will be used to control access for voting and to join the event whether in person or online.

The registration links below are ONLY for catering and space allocation at the Port Macquarie venue.

You can register to attend the AGM meeting, the evening dinner or both.

AGM meeting

The AGM meeting will be held in the Bayside Ballroom starting officially at 2.30pm, with access to the room from 2.00pm.  Tea, Coffee will be available from the cafe in the hotel. 

Evening Dinner

Join us at 6.30pm for dinner in the Bayside Ballroom and catch up with old friends and new over a relaxed 3 course set menu alternate serve for $69 per head 

Please see the menu attached to this event listing. Please contact me directly with any dietary requirements and I will send it to the hotel. Please list any requirements by person. 

The hotel offers a Childrens menu at $15 per child. Please select this option, review the attached menu and advise your selections ASAP.

Tea/Coffee are included, with other soft and alcoholic drinks available to be bought from the bar with payment at time of ordering on the night.

Accomodation

Rydges are offering a special conference rate for any TOCA members staying that weekend.  Accomodation should be booked directly with the hotel. Please mention you are attending for the Tesla Owners AGM while booking. We hope to get a discount code ASAP. The corp rate is $199 per night if booked direct.

Ticket types are as follows (please only choose one ticket type based upon your intended attendance).  One ticket type must be selected for each person that is attending.

AGM meeting only (not dinner) - Free

AGM meeting and dinner - $69

Dinner only - $69

Dinner only - Childrens Meal - $15

Numbers will be finalised with the venue on Friday 11th August 2023 and no refunds can be offered after that time.
