VOLUNTEERS NEEDED for the Smart Energy 2024 Expo

To VOLUNTEER (eg. bring in your car, talk to people) at this show, please:

We recommend you regularly check this sign-up sheet, as the available time slots can change when more roles are created or when people opt out (by notifying us).
If you're keen on promoting EVs and the AEVA and/or TOCA brands, this renewable energy expo is one event not to miss!
It is held at the prestigious Sydney International Convention Centre and features many prominent speakers under one roof:
Any TOCA members wishing to bring their EVs for the TOCA display, please email Steven Du: steven.du@teslaownwers.org.au
Any AEVA members wishing to bring their EVs for the AEVA display, please email Michael Day: treasurer@aeva.asn.au
Please include your name, brief description of your car (e.g. model, year, external colour, internal colour, rego state and number).
Important note:
EVs on the display must remain at the venue from 6.30 pm TUESDAY 5/03/2024 to 5pm on THURSDAY 7/03/2024.
These EVs must also be close to showroom condition and roadworthy.
Date & Time: Wednesday 6th to Thursday 7th March 2024, 8.30 am to 5.00 pm.
Bump-in: Tuesday 5th after 6.30 pm or Wednesday 6th at 8 am sharp. Cars are left at the venue overnight, unless prior arrangement has been given.
Bump-out: Thursday 5 pm.
