The two Stepping Stone cafes in Strathnairn and Dickson were created as stepping stones for migrant and refugee women by providing employment opportunities. The creators, Vanessa and Hannah were awarded the 2025 joint Australians of the Year Local Heroes for their efforts.
So, please join us at the Strathnairn Cafe Stepping Stone located southwest of the Burns Golf Club in Holt. In addition to a scenic rural setting, you will have the opportunity to drink great coffees and perhaps taste one of their homemade cakes or pastries or even to enjoy one of their amazing vegetarian meals.
