ULTIMATE TESLA EXPERIENCE

A TOCA NATIONAL Track Day at One Raceway (Wakefield Circuit) near Goulburn, NSW, has been organised for August 2026.  Bring your Model X, S, Ys and 3s (and Roadsters) for a day at the track (this is a Tesla only event - no other car brands please).  Best let loose on the track rather than the street!! 

TOCA Track Days are for everyone - careful drivers, fast drivers, those wishing to push the limits.  Please don't let driving skill deter you.  There is plenty of experience at the track and in the TOCA ranks, so you will have a great time buzzing around the track. Put your foot to the floor and leave it there for a while.  The track has big run-offs so there is plenty of margin for error.  A great way to improve your skills.  Ask questions, learn apexing, push/pull steering, vehicle control, and simply enjoy the atmosphere.  The familly of drivers are welcome to come and watch.  A coffee and food van will be available on the day.

WHO CAN COME?

This is a TOCA Member benefits event.  Only TOCA Members driving a Tesla are permitted to attend.  Co-drivers can be non-members.

If you own a Tesla and are not a Member and wish to participate in the awesome events that TOCA arrange, please become a Member.  Membership fees per year are the equivalent of four cups of coffee or two beers!!  Come on!!

This will be an exciting day.  Depending on numbers, we will either hire the entire track for the day, or more likely, we will rent one pit lane dedicated to us.

HOW IT ALL WORKS

Join us at Wakefield Circuit - just 10 minutes from Goulburn NSW, a track that is sure to test your skills. 

Track Day

• Unlimited Laps (9am-4pm)
• 20 minute sessions from 9am

Details:

• Format: Sessions 20 minutes with alternating groups, Unlimited Laps (9am-4pm)
• Prices are per vehicle with a maximum of two drivers per vehicle (indicate 1 or 2 drivers) 
• Minimum Track Day License required - select the LICENCE option in the TOCA ticketing when paying ($35 one day) - remember your second driver will need one too.
• AASA and Motorsport Australia Licences accepted

INSURANCE

As your car will be driven on private property at higher speeds, it is not covered under any standard car insurance policy.  Members (car owners) are responsible for arranging their own car insurance (no insurance company I am aware of will cover this kind of activity).  The company we are using to run the event on the day holds a public liability insurance only - this does not cover your car etc but covers them against injury claims.  TOCA cannot provide any further advice on the issue of insurance - this is the owner's responsibility to accept liability for any damage that may be sustained to their vehicle.

TICKETS

Tickets are being sold through the TOCA Events Member Only page.  If you are a TOCA Member, please remember to ensure you have logged on otherwise the event to purchase tickets will not display.  

SAFETY

Safety is paramount.  Please ensure your car is in good condition and tyres have reasonable levels of tread.  All attendees must wear non-polyester clothing (clothing that can easily be removed in case of fire), long sleeve shirts, long pants, and flat or thin-soled shoes.  No runners with thick treads are permitted.  Helmets will be provided for those who select the day helmet hire option in the ticketing price.  Please bring your own helmet if it is compliant.

CONCLUSION

After the huge success of the last Track Day held in 2024, many members have been asking for another Track Day.  This is a prime opportunity to buy a ticket and come along and enjoy yourself.  Drive within your own ability.  While we all want to believe we are Peter Brock or Dick Johnson prodigies, ultimately we must ensure our own safety and that of your car.  We want a fun day and it will be just that.  We encourage spouses, ladies, gents etc to come along and have a spin.  Again, no need to drive at breakneck speeds, but it is a chance to learn a few things about how your car handles, apexing around corners, and enjoying your car.  Ultimately it will make you a better and more confident driver.
