Victoria TOCA members enjoyed a sunny Winter's Day scenic cruise through the Yarra Ranges

It might have been the first day of Winter, but the weather was sunny as 40+ TOCA members in 23 cars gathered for the Yarra Ranges Exquisitely Scenic Tour.

We started with breakfast in Lilydale, then travelled through some of the Yarra Valley's best scenery to our first stop at Maroondah Dam for a visit and to climb the dam wall.

Then came a fun drive up the Black Spur, where we could enjoy the handling of our Teslas, and the silence as we weaved our way around the famous corners. A stop in Marysville was followed by a return run down the Black Spur, with a break in Healesville, where people took the opportunity to visit a winery, a gin distillery or a famous bakery.

The final leg of the cruise took some less-travelled back roads to Olinda, where we enjoyed a late lunch in the Dandenongs township.

The cruise was expertly planned by our Vic Rep, Les Posen, with well-planned and communicated routing, and was the second time that we used magnetic TOCA logos to help to differentiate our cars from other Teslas on the road.

Overall it was a very enjoyable day, visiting some picturesque locations and enjoying our cars.
