VIC - Georgian Christmas Lunch 4 December 2021
5th December 2021
By Dr Mark Sandford

On a fine December Melbourne Saturday morning 50 Vic TOCA members attended a bootcamp at Tesla Brighton and then a Georgian Christmas lunch at Umbrella bar and lounge nearby in Elsternwick.
Ashley Hill stole the show with his wrapped Model 3, display board and cable array. His captive audience included a number of keen registrants who had not yet even received their Model 3 yet!
Mark Balkin even displayed his blue car charging from the store 22kW HOWC.
Mark Sandford also displayed an array of cables including 15, 20 and 30A 3 phase cables suitable to use at show-grounds and campsites.
He also displayed a 3.5kWh prototype portable charging battery called the EmRG one cube as well as a DreamCase bed that is purpose built to fit inside an S, X or 3.
Unfortunately due to COVID isolation the Afinesse detailing team were sidelined but we will have a demonstration in the new year in their brand mew expanded facility.
Lunch was very healthy with the Georgian Supra feast likened to a Middle Eastern banquet but far more ketogenic.
Georgian wines were also consumed with there being a special tasting of the TOCA Musk Vodka courtesy of the National President Mark Tipping.
A bottle of this was won by new member of only a fortnight Riz Akhtar and the.door prize of a Georgian Supra Banquet for 2 won by Kerry Hill mother of Ashley Hill.
Wishing all members a Safe Christmas with the Animus Gin visit sneaking in on 19 December
