TOCA ACT October 2023 Coffee Club

The ACT TOCA monthly coffee morning attracted nine attendees at the "Morning Dew" café in Denman Prospect yesterday (25 October 2023).

We were seated outside and enjoyed the brisk, but lovely spring morning in Canberra’s newest district, Molonglo.  

Our hour together passed quickly with lots of discussion about the ranges achieved by various Teslas; the complexity of finding Tesla superchargers hidden away in shopping centre car parks; and the problems experienced by one of the attendees who, on a trip back to Canberra found that Tesla superchargers were not charging her car and ultimately, after a fruitless conversation with the Tesla telephone support person, she was able to get a slow AC charge from a club in Goulburn that provided sufficient power to get home.  She is still trying to ascertain what caused the problem, but fortunately the car is again accepting power from the superchargers.

The next ACT TOCA  Coffee Club will be held in November, so watch the events page for registration.  If you're new to TOCA, please come along and meet other Tesla drivers. It's always a nice way to spend an hour or two and discover new cafés in the Canberra region.
